The consumer is entitled pursuant to Article 27 of the Consumer Law, the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in Article 33, Article 34 Consumer Law. The deadline for withdrawing from a distance contract is 14 days from the date of delivery of the item, and to meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.

To make a return, follow the instructions below:

I. PREPARE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPPING
The product should be packed in its original packaging and must not show any signs of use. Proof of purchase must be attached to the package. The shipment should be secured during transport.

II. FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM
You can download the goods return form HERE. It should be included with the proof of purchase in the package with the returned product.

III. SEND PRODUCT

Remember that the cost of returning the returned product is borne by the Buyer. The Seller will immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract submitted by the Consumer, refund to the Consumer all payments made by him for the returned goods.
